Nice to meet you last time. Based on our meeting I have updated the course plan so that we can get going. I am really looking forward doing this project with you so that we can end up in the ultimate marketing plan. We will have courses that we take on our own between our meetings so that we add knowledge and material for the marketing plan during the spring. Here is the thought for the following four weeks up until your next meeting on February.
Week 4 + 5: Review of Strategy
All these are very short courses but the work will be to collect the different material concerning your strategy.
Week 6 + 7: Review of Business Strategy
In this part we will start to review you business strategy and see what you have in place and what might need to be clarified. The only mandatory course here are the first two, the others are more for you who want to look more in-depth into one of the areas, or if we find that we are lacking any part of the strategy.
